10 ways to Reduce Stress

Easier done than Said……………and not the other way round

  1. Organize yourself. Major reason of Stress is when demands are on your face and you are not prepared.Then you run like a headless chicken. Build contingencies in your day
  2. Talk less and only that much which is important
  3. Sleep less and only that much which is important
  4. Eat less and only that much which is important
  5. Read more
  6. Help more
  7. Use positive words more
  8. Talk to a nice person daily
  9. Spend at least 30 minutes alone with yourself daily (preferably at the end of your day).
  10. Say your prayers or thank Allah for whatever you have……daily.

Do not feel stressed out……Just do it. You are responsible for your life and it is not to be wasted in Stress
