A True Story

This is a true story, showing just a gist of many good things happening in Pakistan.

It gave me a great sense of satisfaction and relief to see and observe a wonderful service attitude the other day. I was travelling from Karachi to Islamabad. At the Karachi airport the staff handling the rest rooms and outside the airport mosque showed an extremely courteous and considerate attitude. Their demeanor was positive, their anticipation of the customer need was vigilant, and their service was brilliant under the given resources. They offered tissue papers, guided to the vacant area, politely informed a person who wanted to smoke in the rest room area that we have smoking area at a separate place. All these were signs of a great staff and gave me an idea that there is someone who taught them all this and is trying to change the mindset.

Great work done Karachi Airport Staff.
